He is soooo pretty!! Does he take a lot of brushing to prevent mats and hairballs?

He is my sister's cat, and the reason I have so many pretty pictures of him is because she loves to send them to me. He is really a nice cat.

She doesn't groom him too much because it often ends up with him drawing blood. Sigh. The cats who need the grooming the most like it the least. Still, he takes good care of his fur. He seldom gets hairballs or mattes.

You may notice that he always has a funny look to his mouth--he has no teeth. He had a condition where his body was attacking his teeth. When he was only 2, she had the remaining 9 teeth removed. He has thrived ever since.

When she goes to WV to see the Morgans, I get to take care of him at my house! I can't wait!!!

That is so typical!! My little short haired dog loves to be brushed, but my Siberian Husky Storm hates it lol. Lucky for me she tolerates it. :)

I can't wait to see which horse she picks! And you're going to have so much fun with Stormy. Does he get along with Thunder?

They've never met. What I am going to do is block a hallway that leads to 2 empty bedrooms with a fireplace screen, so they could see each other but not feel threatened. We'll see what happens from there.

I'm not worried about Stormy because he is an outdoor cat and he makes friends with the cats in the neighborhood. I'm not sure what Thunder will do.

And then there is Maggie. Though Stormy has his own dog that he bullies relentlessly, I don't know how he will feel about her. Being an outdoor cat, is is very cautious around strange dogs.

If everything works out, my sister will have a hard time getting him back from me.

Hehehe you can't steal Stormy permanently!! :) That sounds like a good plan. I did something similar to introduce new cats to each other. You're going to have so much fun. Has a date been set for the trip?

She's looking at late April, but she hasn't made it official, yet. She will be contacting the breeder in just a few weeks to make the plans.

My sister is a very anxiety-filled person, and she isn't worried about picking the best horse--she's worried about Stormy being all right.

(Maybe she is really worried I won't give him back.)

LOL! I don't blame her for worrying about Stormy. I'm the same way when I leave my dogs and horses. It's natural. :)
